ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY INFORMATION – DELAYS LIKELY:

This affects all small parcel orders (not the guttering kits which are sent via carrier). There may be extended delays over the typical 2-3 day delivery times – I have been assured all deliveries will be made but cannot guarantee when.

At the moment 3-5 days seems to be the average but there continue to be exceptions – we’d therefore suggest allowing 7-10 working days for Royal Mail deliveries.

For the time being we continue our reduced winter hours of Tuesdays and Fridays, but please note that deliveries may take longer than normal depending on how the delivery companies handle everything too as they prioritise the increased loads and staffing restrictions.

If we receive a certain threshold of orders we may despatch on an earlier working day if it makes sense to do so.

Please be assured that we will continue fulfilling orders but if there should be any reason we are unable to despatch an order for a prolonged period (of say more than a week from a normal despatch day) we will be in touch to discuss any preferred course of action.

If anything essential is required urgently please do get in touch and we can discuss any additional costs that may be incurred.
